We have guided over 150 Agile transformations including Agile transformations at Scale (SAFe) – from facilitating Agile assessments and defining Agile implementation roadmaps to launching and supporting multiple teams, Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and Solution Trains and establishing Lean-Agile Centers of Excellence (LACE).
In addition to our consulting services, we develop training materials such as Agile Playbooks and guides, and offer various Agile training courses (Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) courses, role-based training and customizable Agile workshops).
