This one-day course is ideal for individuals, teams and organizations new to Agile. It reviews various Agile frameworks with a primary focus on Scrum, one of the most popular Agile methodologies. At the conclusion of this course, participants will have a clear understanding of the roles and responsibilities on an Agile team, Agile process segments, and techniques for defining business value.
Product Owner Fundamentals
This one-day course is focused on the Product Owner role. Participants will learn the importance of this role, its key responsibilities, and techniques to build a Product Backlog.
Introduction to Kanban
This one-day course highlights the benefits of Kanban, another Agile methodology, and clarifies the differences between Kanban and Scrum frameworks. Participants will get an overview of the Kanban process flow, key process artifacts, and techniques for defining your work in progress limits.

Leading SAFe
During this two-day course, attendees gain the knowledge necessary to lead a Lean-Agile enterprise by leveraging the Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe®) and its underlying principles derived from Lean, systems thinking, Agile development, product development flow, and DevOps.
Participants in the class gain insights into mastering Business Agility in order to thrive in a competitive market. They discuss how to establish team and technical agility and organize and re-organize around the flow of value. They also learn and practice the skills for supporting and executing PI Planning events and coordinating multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs). Participants in the class explore the importance of adopting a customer-centric mindset and design thinking approach to agile product delivery. Learners also develop an understanding for implementing a Lean Portfolio Management function in their enterprise.
SAFe for Teams
Build your skills as a high-performing team member of an Agile Release Train (ART)—and learn how to collaborate effectively with other teams. Gain an in-depth understanding of the Agile Release Train (ART), how it delivers value, and what you can do to effectively perform your role using Scrum, Kanban, and XP.
Learn how to write stories and break down features, plan and execute iterations, and plan Program Increments. Finally, learn about the continuous delivery pipeline and DevOps culture, how to effectively integrate with other teams in the program, and what it takes to continuously improve the train.
This two-day course prepares attendees for the SAFe® 5 Practitioner (SP) Certification exam.
SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager
Develop the skill sets needed to guide the delivery of value in a Lean enterprise—and learn about the activities, tools, and mechanics used to manage backlogs and programs—by becoming a SAFe® 5 Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM). During this two-day course, attendees will gain an in-depth understanding of the Agile Release Train (ART), how it delivers value, and what they can do to effectively perform their role.
They will also learn how to apply Lean thinking to write Epics, break them down into Features and Stories, plan and execute Iterations, and plan Program Increments. Finally, attendees learn about the Continuous Delivery Pipeline and DevOps culture, how to effectively integrate as Product Owners and Product Managers, and what it takes to relentlessly improve the ART.
SAFe for Scrum Master
Gain an understanding of the role of Scrum Master in a SAFe® enterprise. Unlike traditional Scrum Master training that focuses on the fundamentals of team-level Scrum, the SAFe Scrum Master course explores the role of Scrum in the context of the entire enterprise, and prepares you to successfully plan and execute the Program Increment (PI), the primary enabler of alignment throughout all levels of a SAFe organization.
Learn the key components of scaled Agile development, how Scrum is facilitated throughout the enterprise, and how to execute iteration planning.
