Agile Coaching

Agile coaching helps teams, programs and organizational leaders adopt and improve Agile principles and practices. An Agile Coach is an advisor and consultant who helps people rethink and change the way they perceive the software development process.

Formal training courses are helpful to understand concepts and gain theoretical knowledge but are not able to cover all the challenges a team will eventually encounter. Agile coaching helps individuals and groups put their training into action and enable continued on-the-job training after the formal classes are complete.
